Re: Some North American Songbirds

Sue 1 ·
Sadly, North American songbirds are rapidly disappearing, due to loss of forests, bright city lights causing the birds to fly into buildings, and climate change. Humans can reverse this problem, but it needs to be done now if we don't want to lose our songbirds altogether.

Dissolving into each other, collapsing into each other .....fearless, yes I can relate to this, I have experienced it and I was conscious that I had gone far, pointing to the stars. It's like dying to ourselves and rebirthing into something far greater, totally detached from ego. Weightless, without any limits, expanding, not witholding anything. There is nothing and no one we can possess, by flowing freely into each other we give and receive contemporaneously and this merging makes us aware...

A Day Dream On a sunny brae alone I lay One summer afternoon; It was the marriage-time of May, With her young lover, June. From her mother's heart seemed loath to part That queen of bridal charms, But her father smiled on the fairest child He ever held in his arms. The trees did wave their plumy crests, The glad birds carolled clear; And I, of all the wedding guests, Was only sullen there! There was not one, but wished to shun My aspect void of cheer; The very gray rocks, looking on, Asked,...

III You like us for a glance, you know--- For a word's sake Or a sword's sake, All's the same, whate'er the chance, you know. IV. A Serenade At The Villa I. That was I, you heard last night, When there rose no moon at all, Nor, to pierce the strained and tight Tent of heaven, a planet small: Life was dead and so was light. II. Not a twinkle from the fly, Not a glimmer from the worm; When the crickets stopped their cry, When the owls forbore a term, You heard music; that was I. III. Earth turned in her sleep with pain, Sultrily suspired for proof: In at heaven and out again, Lightning!---where it broke the roof,...

Since then, owners and their fur babies have begun to reunite through ongoing animal rescue efforts after the flames subsided. Mann,...
