That's some good stuff. I always heard it as a question: "Who hangs out with musicians?" Answer: Percussionists. Teo can tell you, of course that a piano is also a percusion instrument. I'm not so sure about them thar midi board things. They could be more akin to virginals and harpsichords and the like. The attached was produced on the Commodore 64 which, as I recall did record in real time, although you might call it an early sequencer. I've become a bit fascinated with it like a collector...

Teo is the midi master here. Of course all the technology in the world still works with the same musical scales of long musical traditions, and many of the timbres of electronic sounds are borrowed from classical musical instruments. There are more than a hundred and a quarter midi sounds and all can be modulated to created unique signals. There is a good bit of mathematics and understanding wave forms to grasp the concepts of how an audio signal works. No investment in equipment can give...

From the same website as the previous post: Eastern medicine specialists advise hot green tea over cold because its "cold" elements already bring down body temperature. For people of the "Minor Yin" body type, who get cold easily, it's best not to drink green tea when they experience indigestion after eating cold food. In Eastern medicine, different medicines have been used to treat diseases depending on "body type," of which there are four -- Major Yang, Major Yin, Minor Yang and Minor Yin.
