A voice of love vibrated in the sun at noon.

Every single word transformed into a beam of light

penetrating the heart space of those who listened.

Thousands of heartbeats accelerated in unison,

sighs of deep emotions resonated in the air.

Eyes filled with tears reflecting in rainbow colours

like pure diamonds forged in the depth of the soul.

Thirsty lips sipped at the chalice of love

knowing that the source was inexhaustible.

Joy manifested in smiles flashing over faces.

White clouds expanded the sounds of love

across the canvas of a radiant blue sky,

pink petals twirled from Spring trees in full bloom.

Tired feet became light again and danced on

through the day filled to the brim with the promise

of never ending bountiful divine blessings.

A voice of love vibrated in the sun at noon.

Thank you so much for your most kind and loving comments on my poem, my dear friends.

Two friends from Switzerland are visiting these days and we went to the Sunday appointment with the Pope on Piazza San Pietro. It was a very beautiful experience. All three of us were moved. Therefore I felt inspired to write these words.

Love and hugs.
Margherita

Thank you, dear Teo, for your loving comment.

I won't participate often in such events, as the crowd is overwhelming, but I must say the EMOTION of all the present people was TANGIBLE.

Love and hugs.
Margherita
