May you find yourself in the world…and may you enjoy the company!
Just to let you know that Oliver has been at home now and is feeling fine. He finally got to enjoy his new presents and is throwing around his little stuffed mice and balls.

We have another cat Lilie (short for Lilieokulani) who is not happy about the new cat invading her territory. She keeps screaming and hissing at Ollie. Oliver just looks at her and ignores it. He would like to play with her; he really is a gentle cat.
One problem we have is that Oliver who loves to eat keeps eating Lilie's food who is just a nibbler. At the moment we have to keep the cats and the food apart while we go to work, hoping that they will not learn to open the doors.
Well I guess it keeps us busy.

Dear Sue, nice to know that Ollie is fine. Lilie and Ollie sounds good, they will learn to co-exist in the same space, but it is absolutely normal that Lilie is jealous of the newcomer. Probably you will have to spend some time with them together, playing or talking to both, they just have to understand that they are loved.
Good luck and plenty of joy with Ollie and Lilie!
