May you find yourself in the world…and may you enjoy the company!
I wandered away...
I never meant to,
It just seemed to happen that way.
A little soul lost,
Cut off from the loving embrace
Of her beautiful Spirit Family.
I held you all in my heart
And prayed for the day
I would find my way home.

Christmas brought a ray of light
To shine on my path.
A candle lit by Inda
To guide me here.
And last night I journeyed
The last mile home.
The prodigal daughter returned.

Ahhhh.....!
To dance among the stars
With all of you again...
To feel your love surrounding me
In words you spoke as I was
Still on my way home.
I read and read,
(Way too late, I fear Book)
And left a few crumbs on my trail
for you to find today.
And then I slept.
When I awoke,
The crumbs I left to mark my trail
Were still there
But something was lying beside them.
Pearls of love so sweet
It took my breath away.
I'm home.

Yoko,
What a beautiful picture! And I just happened to need a little extra beauty today. I came home from work ready to start singing that old country western song, "Take this job and...." Well, maybe as we are new friends I will leave what my boss could do with my job to your imagination. The most important thing is that your post and that picture lifted my spirits more than you may be able to imagine.
Thank you so much,
Susan
Thank you for these beautiful words from your generous, sensitive heart, dear Susan! Welcome, welcome again!
It's a great joy to celebrate your come back!
I also hope that the problems at your job have been solved and that you and the new person you are training are getting along well. To be patient IS difficult in such situations, but after a few days there are certainly the results you are expecting.
Very soon I will have the same task ... and I admit that I am not keen to accomplish it. But it has to be done and ... like you ... I will try do my best to be patient and benevolent vs. that new person. It is not easy for the beginners either!

Beautiful pictures dear yoko.

Lots of love and joy.

Lemme c wair 2 start.....

I used to do a lot of "Business Consulting," sort of "Efficiency Expert" kind of thing. It often happened that I noticed the slow part, or poor worker, but couldn't just come right out and say it. Often I had to use a nifty strategy like: "Gee Betty, you are so good with customers in person, and don't like them over the phone so much (and there are complaints...) so maybe you should focus on what you like, and give the phones over to Sue?

That is just an example of diverting the issue, using compliments and positive alternatives rather than calling the spade the spade.

Susan, one of the main things I always did, and do, when going into any business meeting, is positive visualization JUST OUTSIDE THE DOOR. "On the other side of this door, whatever negative energies and fears anyone has, are washed away and we are all happy, joking and getting along marvelously after I talk to them." This carries over to how office procedures and tasks are handed out, managed and so on.

A lot of visualizing how things can go the best should be used, in many cases it is HOW THE APPRECIATING HAPPENS, or doesn't, and helping people not mind that they don't get the credit they (think they) deserve. The bottom line is that the business/office/group work well and efficiently, not taking stresses or problems home over the weekend and such, and this is usually best if some people are like not deeply in their reactive feelings "he didn't ___!" "they aren't appreciating ____!" those will always happen! people, at least SOMEONE, should be thinking beyond those energies - maybe buy gold starts and simply hand them to people, give jelly bean rewards to whomever you think (and they themself feel) deserve rewards. You wouldn't believe the amazing power of some little gold stars handed out! jester Asian

I also always learned to find out why the last person left a job, and are they trying to merge 3 people's responsibilities into the new "job description." By the way, is there one? A JOB DESCRIPTION? Use that to see if your pay is appropriate for the tasks.. and WITHOUT ANY BLAMING...

Find out if the smoothest processes are set up for your job duties to work the best - for all.

Beeeeeeest of luck! Relax and unwind until you have to work again! Congrats! Soooo glad we can have this chat.. really! Ladysman
