Thank you scots.

You are right, but I have to remind you that the west is polluting rivers and lakes just as much as the far eastern countries.
Just remember the Gulf of Mexico not so long ago, and Exxon Waldes.

The west is also cutting down forests, take a look at some of the ex-communist countries and Russia itself.

Animals are being slaughtered all over the world for some reason or other.

I do agree with you that we all need to take care of the earth if we want to see it survive the way we know it.
