Reply to "Eggs are Good for You"

Egg yolks are one of the richest dietary sources of the B-complex vitamin choline, which is associated with better neurological function and reduced inflammation.

A study in the American Journal of Clinical Nutrition found that there was no link in healthy people between eggs and either heart attack or stroke.

You don't really need to do this to enjoy your eggs, unless it is Easter;
