This is a treat, for my sweetest, unsatiable tooth...apple pie is my favorite dessert,,,and now, I will try Pierre's Apple Tart...

Looks so easy to prepare, and 3 large tarts is perfect...2 for my son, and one for me((smiling)).

I am in a rather secluded, small town myself, and I can resonate with your trip to a bigger city...still now, after many years, I still feel facinated with the big city hustle and bustle, though I admit truthfully, I prefer and adore, the much more sedated, tranquil life of small-town living...

I am new to this cool forum/board, and just thought I'd say hello, and thank you for the delicious recipe Pierre.
