July 5, 2005 Watch out for the Vampires

Growing up as a kid I loved to watch horror movies just the wy that that the monsters made my hairs stand up was exciting to me. I remember Freddy Krueger and Mike Meyers from the Friday the 13th movies—how did he always beat a speeding car by simply walking anyway—unfortunately the good guys always net peril by running into the monsters.
Life is much the same in the sense that we run into vampires every day and by associating with them we slowly will meet our professional and personal demise. The vampires I am talking about are people that when you are around them suck the life right out of you. We all know them and have them in our lives, people that nag and bitch and gossip and complain and on and on and…….
Make it appoint to limit your time with the energy vampires in your life, pray for and associate with like minded people. Find people that are uplifting and be an up-lifter yourself. Making the decision to stop associating with people can and will be a tough decision for many and these people won’t understand, but ultimately it is your success that depends on you doing it.

Make It A Great One
