The email issue Barbara we are still looking into. btw the emails were coming out white text on white background.. oops.. hoping to have that fixed soon. Any other comments Barbara please share them here.

Dear Sylvie,
I had the same problem. What I did , I logged in with my user name and asked them to send me my password,(even though I knew it). After that all seems fine. Had the problem only once more but when I went back and typed it in again it was fine. Has been fine ever since.
Try it. It may work for you.
