Thank you dear Inda for this information on Ginger. In tha Italian dishes it is not used much, but I find it sometimes in receipts for cakes.
I don't use it much, I will now find other receipts to use it more, as it has so many interesting properties!

I know it is one of my shower gels and I love it.
