Anyway

Everyday, it gets harder to carry on
Every second lasts an hour
And every hour is torture

Broken hearts can be repaired
Is there any truth in that?
What if you’re the one who’s breaking hearts?

How is it possible
To make it easier
To get out of bed each day

To be able to smile
To be able to laugh
To forget how worthless your life really is

Is there a way back?
From despair
And how do I find it

Will these dark clouds
Sit forever in my mind
Like a fog of self pity

And is it a sin
To think of giving up
And is it really worth it
Anyway?
