May you find yourself in the world…and may you enjoy the company!

Monk seal had a fishook removed from his stomach;
we are so careless with the animals on this planet.
Thanks to the nice people who still care and do their best to preserve nature.

Once on White Plains Beach on Friday, Benny assessed his surroundings before shuffling out of his cage and towards the shore. The waves hastened his return to sea. The Hawaiian monk seal made a full recovery after a 4 inch fishhook was found stuck in his stomach wall, which resulted in a steel wire leader extending up his oesophagus and out of his mouth.

Thank you girls. I am also very happy for the fate of the monk seal.

The monk seal is an extremely endangered species. The Hawaiian Monk Seals Hawaiian name is Ilio holo kai. It means the dog who runs the sea. The monk seal is a land and water mammal. This precious animal is not only endangered it is also a native animal.
